Costs and Booking

It's always cheaper to book direct.

Due to the high charges levied by the websites such as booking.com, airbnb, etc. we have to increase our costs on those sites.

However, if you book here we don’t have to pay any extra costs, so we offer direct bookings a much cheaper rate. 

How to make a booking

  1. Check that your preferred accommodation is available
  2. Read the Terms & Conditions of Booking.
  3. Complete the booking form
  4. Pay for your booking by Bank Transfer.
  5. We’ll send you a Booking Confirmation and Receipt.
  6. Come in, sit down and make yourself at home.

  • Use of the property and all facilities
  • All utilities
  • High speed Wifi + Netflix
  • Garage parking
  • Cleaning as arranged
  • Linen/towel change as arranged

A damage deposit is required.  This will be refunded after your stay subject to there being no damage, please see the T&C’s for full details.

  • All guests staying in our properties must be age 25 or over, unless traveling as a family unit.
  • You will be asked for two forms of ID – one of which must be a passport or photo driving licence.
